Election in Nigeria 2023

Election 2023…I write this really scared because I don’t know if I want to go out to vote. My whole community is being pressurized to vote for a particular candidate. I mean whatever happened to freedom of choice and speech. Nigerians are hoping to get a Messiah as a president, someone who actually wants to make a change in the country-not that the change would happen overnight. There has been a lot of violence associated with their campaigns and also at the same time, the CBN decides to change the currency…gbam!!!. Even banks have limited access to this new currency notes. We are now at a state whereby we have the money in the account but can’t even touch it. It is actually painful, I mean the other day I saw roasted corn and plaintain on the road but I couldn’t afford to buy because the money with me was only enough to take me to work and back home. So with all that said I do hope Nigeria gets the leader it needs.
